You can’t do this on your own, many times I have tried to and sadly it has always ended up in me getting things wrong! Accountability is only annoying when you want to do what isn’t right! My sinful desire says it will be fine and what has it got to do with you, it’s my life! Don’t even believe in yourself, without God we are weak.
I find when I am around people I gain strength, perhaps this is just the way I was built, a heavy extravert. I was at a conference today where we worshiped, prayed, and heard a number of different teachings. When we are in one accord walking in unity, seeking God together, there is real power in that. All the things that were on my mind seemed distant and unimportant.
I began walking upon new steps, as I crossed the ocean above my worries and beyond my natural circumstances. New things I began to see in my vision, pictures that were once dreams and hopes becoming reality. When God gives you guidance I believe it’s important to take the steps forward and to trust in His direction.
John – 16:13. When the Spirit of truth comes, he will guide you into all the truth, for he will not speak on his own authority, but whatever he hears he will speak, and he will declare to you the things that are to come.
