LOSS!

Revelation – 21:4. He will wipe every tear from their eyes, and there will be no more death or sorrow or crying or pain. All these things are gone forever.โ€
There are so many things in this life that can break you down, crush and hurt you. I feel sadness at all the things I have lost in life, family members, friends, relationships, opportunities, and health, there is so much I could list off as the Waves of disappointment crush over my heart. Breaking my hope with the thought, what is the point in even trying? Loss has taken so much from me, it feels like piece by piece has been smashed into parts that feel sadly irreparable. Can you relate?
2 Corinthians – 4:8. We are pressed on every side by troubles, but we are not crushed. We are perplexed, but not driven to despair.
To the point of seeking help from God, help from others, help from things that offered no lasting solution. Addiction took me down but I got back up, sorrow broke my mind but God sent His healing. What I’m trying to let you know is there is a way out of this broken state, what seems unfixable can be fixed. The process may be challenging but trust me, it’s worth it. The Holy Spirit can send healing, as a love that goes beyond words makes the changes that you can’t. Hallelujah and Amen.
