PSALM 139 – 4. You know what I am going to say even before I say it, LORD.

Yes there is great power in prayer but sometimes the feelings are to powerful for us to string any kind of meaningful sentence together.

Feeling like nothing could get any worse, I broke down in tears making noises that you might think hold no meaning, can anyone relate to this place of nothingness, when all is lost, feeling empty with no hope?

1 JOHN 3 – 20. For whenever our heart condemns us, God is greater than our heart, and he knows everything.

God knows what’s going on, what you are saying from deep within your being, He will give you what you need to get through this. You can’t blame yourself for someone else’s actions.

PSALM 51 – 10. Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me.

Focus on what is good, build upon the things you have, lean upon God as you strength. These feelings are temporary, these feelings will pass.
